2. Exchange & Returns:
Exchange or Refund any product bought within the last 30 days from our online store www.houseofadam.com, provided it is unused and is returned with the barcode tags and purchase receipt. This applies to products bought during sales or promotions too.
Sorry we cannot exchange Adam’s essentials /cosmetics/toiletries for hygiene and safety reasons, we trust you understand.
Only have genuine sales and promotions that give you real savings on our normal excellent value for money prices.
For COD orders, please contact customer support to help you with the return.
We invite you to reuse the packaging your order was shipped in to proceed with the return.
We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.
However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
Credit Card orders – upon successful quality check, the process takes from 10-14 business days.
COD orders – you will receive refund within 14 days after quality check.
Please contact Customer Service only if you have not received refund after 14 working days.
Any fees such as delivery or COD fee will be deducted from the refund unless it is a manufacturing defect.
